What does Meta charge per WhatsApp message?+
Meta's official India rates (2026) are billed per message: Marketing ₹0.86, Utility ₹0.13, Authentication ₹0.13, and service replies within the 24-hour window are FREE. These are set by Meta and are identical on every platform — Wati, AiSensy, Interakt and PayPerWA all pass through the same Meta charge.
What is the minimum wallet recharge?+
The minimum recharge is ₹500 (around 470 marketing messages), and you can top up any custom amount up to ₹1,00,000. The wallet is fully prepaid with no auto-renewals — top up whenever you want and the balance never expires.
Are failed messages refunded?+
Yes. If a message fails to deliver — for example an invalid number or a contact not on WhatsApp — the full cost of that message is automatically credited back to your wallet and recorded in your transaction history. You are never charged for a message Meta did not deliver.

Replies you send to a customer within the 24-hour service window are FREE — Meta charges ₹0 and PayPerWA charges ₹0 for those. You only pay when you send a template message (marketing, utility or authentication) that opens or falls outside the free window.
