1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PayPerWA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PayPerWA provides a WhatsApp marketing platform on Meta's official Cloud API for sending bulk messages, managing contacts, and tracking analytics.
3. Pricing
Platform fee: ₹0.20 per message. Meta's API fees charged at official rates. No subscription or minimum commitment. Prepaid wallet model.
4. User Responsibilities
Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. Only message opted-in contacts. No spam or illegal content.
5. Wallet
Prepaid only. Non-refundable except auto-refunds for failed messages. Processed via Razorpay.
6. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for delivery failures from Meta's API, wrong numbers, or blocked contacts.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts violating these terms. You may delete your account anytime.
